Meet Sue Carter
Business Woman / Writer / Councillor
Founder of RYI (Rushmoor Youth Influence), a group established to give young people a platform to express their voices. I also created the Youth Forum, bringing together various organisations that work with young people to explore how they can collaborate more effectively.
I launched Radioactive8, a company specialising in parties and balloon services, which also offered ad hoc employment opportunities for young people. Although the company was dissolved due to funding challenges in 2013, I continue to deliver similar services independently.
Recognised as Top Coach of Hampshire by Steve Claridge on behalf of the Hampshire FA. I also founded the Football Nursery at Rushmoor Community FC, supporting early youth engagement in sport.
